Throughout August 2026, we'll be running a series of competitions and giveaways across our official social media channels as part of our Centenary campaign. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promoter
These competitions are organised and promoted by Sycamore Motor Group.
2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.
Employees of Sycamore Motor Group, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless the individual competition states otherwise.
3. Competition Entry
The method of entry will be clearly explained within each competition post.
Entries received after the advertised closing date and time will not be included.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Competition Period
Each competition will include its own opening and closing dates within the relevant social media post.
Entries submitted outside these dates will not be valid.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The decision of Sycamore Motor Group is final.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the social media account used to enter the competition.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Sycamore Motor Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prizes
Each competition prize will be detailed within the competition post.
Prizes are:
Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
No cash alternative is available.
Sycamore Motor Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
8. Vehicle Prize Terms
Where a competition prize includes the use of a BMW or MINI vehicle, the winner must:
Hold a full, valid UK driving licence. Eligibility subject to passing a licence check.
Test drive, subject to status & availability.
You must be aged 25-75.
Vehicle prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar model if necessary.
9. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that Sycamore Motor Group may announce their first name and/or social media username on its social media channels and website for the purposes of administering the competition.
10. Personal Data
Personal information supplied during the competition will only be used for administering the competition and contacting winners.
Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
12. General
Sycamore Motor Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the competition process may result in disqualification.
By entering any competition, participants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
